2. Eligibility

4. Products, Pricing & Availability
We strive to display our products, finishes, dimensions, and colors as accurately as possible, though slight variations may occur due to screen settings and ambient lighting. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information, even after an order has been submitted.

5. Orders & Payment
Payment is authorized and charged in full at the time you place your order. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout, including the product price, applicable taxes, and any fees displayed before purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance; we reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines and handling times are described in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

8. Warranty
Weston Home fixtures are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Weston Home or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
