Refund policy

At Weston Home, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all included components.

How to Initiate a Return Contact us at support@shopwestonhome.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shopwestonhome.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will cover all shipping costs and resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been installed, used, or are not in original packaging are not eligible for return.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
