3. Products & Availability We make every effort to display our products, colors, finishes, and dimensions as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings and ambient lighting. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

5. Accepted Payment Methods We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted, PCI-compliant providers. Weston Home does not store your full payment card details.

6. When You Are Charged Payment is authorized and charged in full at the time you place your order. By submitting an order, you authorize Weston Home to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout, including the product price, applicable taxes, and any fees displayed before purchase.

7. Currency All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If you pay with a card issued outside the United States, your bank may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

8. Order Confirmation & Acceptance An order confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order; it does not constitute acceptance of it. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion — including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

9. Taxes Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and is included in your order total.

10. No Hidden Fees The total shown at checkout is the full amount you will be charged. We do not add surprise fees after purchase. Shipping is free on all orders.

13. Warranty All Weston Home fixtures are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
