Weston Home started with frustration, and we suspect you know exactly how we feel.
You find the perfect fixture. You place the order. You wait. And the entire thing unravels. Weeks pass with no update. You email customer support and are met with a copy/paste answer that doesn't address your concerns at all. The item finally arrives and it's not even close to what you ordered. You go to return it and suddenly there's no one to help you.
We saw this happening repeatedly across numerous other sites. It was the common thread across every one of them as indicated by the numerous poor reviews. And we knew we were done accepting it.

We've designed a filter that every fixture has to pass before we consider it for our site: "Would we put this fixture in our own homes?" If it doesn't make the cut with a confident yes, we don't carry it. Our careful curation process prevents you from second guessing yourself.
