Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Larger fixtures such as chandeliers may take 14–21 business days due to their size and packaging requirements.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Every order ships free, no minimum required.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order anytime at shopwestonhome.com/apps/17TRACK

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us at support@shopwestonhome.com to initiate a return.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shopwestonhome.com with photos of the damage and we will resolve it immediately.

Do your fixtures come with bulbs?

It depends on the fixture. Each product page specifies whether bulbs are included. We recommend checking the product details before purchasing.

Are your fixtures compatible with US wiring?

Yes. Every fixture sold on Weston Home is US compatible and ready to install with standard US electrical systems.
